The Master Apprenticeship Competition is an annual competition that brings together Heat and Frost Insulators and Allied Workers apprentices from across the country to compete against each other in a two-part skills competition.
Apprentices begin their journey to the MAC at regional competitions. Winning their regional competition awards them the opportunity to compete against fellow apprentices from the United State and Canada at the international level.
The international competition consists of two-parts, a written exam and a mock-up that apprentices must insulate. The top performing apprentice will have their name etched into history on the title trophy.
