HFIAW Sisters to attend Women Build Nations Conference

The Heat and Frost Insulators and Allied Workers is proud to be part of the 2018 North American Building Trades Unions (NABTU) Women Build Nations Conference and have many of our Sisters slated to attend this conference.

Why: The Women Build Nations Conference is the largest conference of its type in North America and growing each year. In 2018, over 1,900 tradeswomen representing every craft in the building trades came together for this event.

The 2018 Women Build Nations Conference speaks to every tradeswoman's needs, offering workshops and plenary sessions facilitated by tradeswomen (including some of our HFIAW Sisters) and featuring union leaders, apprenticeship coordinators, contractors and politicians. This information-packed weekend will leave you with a renewed sense of purposein your career, as well as new friends and memories to carry through life.

All of our HFIAW Sisters and our Local Unions should have received correspondence about the 2018 Women Build Nations Conference from HFIAW General President McCourt. If you have any specific questions, please reach out to the Insulation Industry International Apprenticeship and Training Fund.
